"As a professional off-road triathlete and business owner, I am regularly putting my body and mind in position to face stress, injury, and illness.  I began seeing Lori at Blue Rose Holistics due to chronic ear and sinus infections.  The folks at the “regular” doctor’s office wanted to give me antibiotics.  With the frequency of infections, I decided I needed an alternative approach so I contacted Lori.  In working with Lori, we not only physically addressed my ear and sinus problems but looked at the mind, body relationship.  Since my initial visit, my sinus and ear infections have tremendously improved.  I finished my race season free of injury and illness with an 11^th place finish at Xterra World Championships.
